On March 19th at the Cork Opera House, Shane Supple took to the stage and opened the show for Max T Barnes. Shane with his good friend Padraig Parker performed an acoustic set for almost 30 minutes. I wrote this song after seeing a news report on Irish TV RTE1 about the work that Adi Roche was doing for the children of Chernobyl. Great news just in Shane Supple's song Lifetime guarantee as recorded by Irish Country Star Mick Flavin is on Mick Flavins album which has been voted Irish Country Album of the year. At 16 Shane Supple from Youghal, County Cork started touring with his father Art Supple, the well known singer and entertainer. Shane then spent the following years touring Ireland, the UK, and some European countries as a working musician learning his trade and at this time wrote his first song Someday I Will Be A Star.
